- Conservation & Maximal Resource Utilization: To preserve Ternate’s endemic heirloom spices through campaigns and high-value product development, supported by principles of maximum resource utilization and optimal use of by-products (such as nutmeg pericarp) to achieve a circular economy.
- Integrated Innovation & Quality: To continuously improve product innovation across all business lines (spices and fisheries), supported by the implementation of strict food quality standards, specifically CPPOB (Good Manufacturing Practices) and SSOP (Sanitation Standard Operating Procedure), to ensure premium product safety and quality.
